Road bike Frisco to Vail Pass

This will be a bike ride on pavement with 12 miles of climbing between the parking area in Frisco and the rest stop at the top of Vail pass... and then 12 miles of exhilarating decent!!! Because of the decent, be sure to have a small bag to keep your downhill layers on, I have seen everything from simple windbreakers to full puffy coats and ski gloves.

Itinerary:

0900 - be at the TH ready to ride the bike path up.

1100 - top out at Vail Pass

1115 - after a short break, and layers, bomb back down... don't actually bomb it there are some tight turns and places to really watch your speed.

1230 - hang out at the TH or make plans for elsewhere
