About the Event

HCVA is putting on their first ever multi-day backpacking trip and this is it.  Due to various individual needs, you will need your own gear, we can try to help.  We plan to hike along the Colorado Trail parts of section 14 and 15 in the foothills of the Collegiates over four wonderous days.  This is designed to be low mileage and max chill, no worries if you cannot throw down miles like you used to.  We plan to hike Northbound from the trail head to where we will have another vehicle ready to shuttle us back to the parking area.  Standard backpacking gear will be required from each participant, there is a spot on the registration form to indicate if you are short any items, you can let us know and we will do our best to source them for you!  Please email if you have any concerns prior to registering
